- Thian will provide services with reasonable skill and care.

- Client agrees to provide access to premises, systems, and personnel as needed.

- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

- Intellectual Property: Any software or tools developed by Thian remain its property unless otherwise agreed.

- Limitation of Liability: Thian shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

- Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after initial term.

- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by South African law.
